- Create a Shot List: Based on the consultation, draft a list of key shots and client preferences.
- Prepare Equipment: Charge batteries, pack lenses, lighting, and backup gear.
- Coordinate with Assistants/Team: If needed, assign roles and review the project scope.
- Send Client Pre-Shoot Tips: Share tips on attire, timing, and any specific preparations.
5. The Photoshoot
- Arrival & Setup: Arrive early to set up equipment and adjust lighting.
- Engage with the Client: Briefly go over the plan and ensure the client feels comfortable.
- Capture Images: Follow the shot list but remain flexible for spontaneous moments.
- Review Key Shots: Occasionally check images to ensure quality and make adjustments if needed.
